I think you’re obfuscating the issue a bit… democrats don’t support a universal estate tax… they want to restore it to the tax it was before the Bush revision, which ultimately hurt us.
Now the rest of us pay more in taxes because the wealthy don’t have to pay estate tax anymore.
The average person was never paying estate tax before.
estate taxes are just for the little people, not the liberal elite drunkards and fembots.

If liberals like Teddy want to have everyone be the same they should give up THEIR MONEY FIRST!

It is NOT FAIR to tax an Estate. That money has already been taxed as income and houses and furniture have already been taxed too (real estate tax and sales tax).
Since when did you think that ANY Kennedy thought ANY law should apply to them?
I am too tired to list all the charges….going back to Pappa Joe, but lets just say, “They Ain’t Angels”.

Of course the rich don’t pay taxes like the rest of us! I cringe every time the creeps talk about soaking the rich. They can’t touch the rich because of the trust fund loophole. But they will soak the middle class. Remember, Democrats don’t define “rich” the way rational people do. Ask the average Joe or Jane what it means and their response will be in at least 6 figures. But Bill Clinton’s tax hike for the rich defined “rich” as $30,000 a year or more. So when you hear a Democrat talk about taxing the rich, just remember, what Democrats call “rich” most of us call “the middle class”!
