What is the total amount of revenue the government will lose if they eliminate the estate tax? If they increase the minimum wage to $7.15, what is the total amount of revenue dispensed to the American worker? Which amount is greater?

The government does not dispense money to the American worker, unless they work for the government. Peoples wages are paid by businesses. But If the rich are heavily taxed you can bet they will fire more workers if the minimum wage is raised high enough. I never got a job from a poor person; have you?
Maybe change your question just a bit. If the minimum wage is increased for the country, differences in come for the government will vary depending upon each state. Actually in some states there is no benefit for workers with such a proposed new law. In California, for example, workers will be worse off. The estate tax can be changed but it is not likely to be eliminated altogether. The government will balance that with the increased revenue from workers paying taxes on their increased income.
